‘Anthrax’ and ‘Vudulew’ named as Telkom DGL Masters eSports commentators

With the first event in the Telkom DGL Masters series kicking off shortly at rAge Expo 18-20 March 2016, Cape Town, Telkom DGL has now announced the shoutcasters, or eSports commentators, that will be involved.

In order to create the buzz that is required at this type of event Telkom DGL has secured the shoutcasting services of Barry ‘Anthrax’ Louzada and Lewis ‘Vudulew’ Williams, both well known in the eSports community. This is another big addition to the new league, not only building the profiles of the MGO’s in South Africa but also those known for shoutcasting.

“We are very happy with our choice of shoutcasters. They both have the following and the personalities to make this a show to remember and bring even more attention to such an important upcoming sport in South Africa,” says Enzo Scarcella, Telkom’s Chief Marketing Officer.

Barry is a multiple Telkom DGL Champion and shoutcaster of CS:GO and Battlefield. He has been involved in competitive eSports for over 15 years. Lewis was drawn into the shoutcasting world by Barry a few years ago and since then has shoutcasted all the crucial cup tournaments and many DGL games including the Battlefield 4 final at the Telkom DGL Championships 2015.

Full profiles on both shoutcasters can be found at http://telkomgaming.co.za/barry-anthrax-louzada/ and http://telkomgaming.co.za/lewis-vudulew-williams/

All games will be streamed live on: http://www.twitch.tv/dgl_live.
