The power to protect your security solution

Your security solution should never take a break. It should always be working for you, protecting your business and its staff, which is why a strong security system needs back up power – to protect security systems from ‘dirty power’ and to keep it running even when the power stops. By Marco da Silva, MD of Power Solutions at Jasco

Jasco’s alternative power solutions will ensure your security system never fails, putting the power back in your hands.

Jasco supplies a range of power systems that are modular and effective, offering power supply quality and assurance. But we don’t just sell products. Our professional services include carefully matching an engineered power solution to cater to your business needs exactly, ensuring that your business never suffers losses caused by power failure or power damage.

Jasco’s J-Net Rack & Tower Uninterruptible Power Supply (UPS) System uses advanced True On Line Double Conversion technology to keep your critical systems operational during black outs, brown outs and electrical failure. The ingenious design means that the UPS can be installed horizontally or vertically, allowing for flexible space allocation.

The intelligent system provides proactive insight into performance and battery status and, in the unlikely event that the power outage lasts longer than the device has been configured to cater for, it will automatically begin a soft shutdown of connected devices to maintain data integrity, and it will notify relevant departments so that they can make temporary emergency provisions.

Voltage surges, spikes and sags are inherent in commercial utility power. Over time, these irregularities shorten the life of the equipment and components. The J-Net UPS continually eliminates power irregularities, thus helping extend the life of your equipment, even through normal use when the input power is constant and continuous.

The J-Net Rack & Tower UPS protects any type of electrical load, from computers and telecommunication systems to automated industrial control systems to video surveillance systems, and is available in various models of up to 10 kVA.
